What does One Two Punch Boxing Fitness mean and why should I try it?
In our boxing fitness classes, you will learn basic boxing combinations, moves, and techniques. Every class is different while including a conditioning component throughout. In a boxing fitness class, you will receive a complete body workout from head to toe! It is the Ultimate Workout Experience! There is no actual physical contact so everyone can participate. Please notify us of any and all physical challenges and current injuries for modifications as we can modify for almost everything so that you receive the best workout possible.

Saturday 8:30-9:30 am (8:00-8:30 open gym if signed up for class) – Coach Theresa Fackler
Group Boxing Classes – $10/boxing class (watch for summer specials)
1 on 1 Boxing Training – $50/hour (2 ppl $30/hr each.)
