Our Classes

Whatever you are working toward, you will find the same thing in every class at EnVision: real coaching, movement scaled to where you are today, and a small group that knows your name. No intimidation, no guessing, no being lost in a crowd. Here is what we offer.


Strength is what keeps you steady, capable, and energized for decades to come, and it matters more with every year past your late thirties. Our small group strength sessions are coached, scaled to your level, and focused on what actually counts as we age: building muscle, protecting bone density, and keeping your energy high. You get the attention of personal training with the encouragement of a small group that shows up for each other.

These run as six week sessions, ladies only, and spots are limited to keep the small group feel.

$275 for a 6 week session (12 classes), paid up front. One day per week option available for $137.50.

Your first boxing class is on us, completely free, no commitment.
In our boxing fitness classes you will learn basic boxing combinations, moves, and techniques, with a conditioning component woven through every class. Every class is different, and you will get a complete head to toe workout. There is no actual physical contact, so everyone can participate at their own level. Just let us know about any physical challenges or current injuries and we will modify almost anything so you get the best workout possible.

Schedule of Boxing Classes
Monday, 9:30 to 10:30 am, with Coach Theresa Fackler

Tuesday, 5:30 to 7:00 pm, with Coach Greg Ritter (Strength and Boxing)

Thursday morning, 9:30 to 10:30 am, with Coach Theresa Fackler

Thursday evening, 6:45 to 7:45 pm, with Coach Melissa Binder (Ladies Only Night)

Saturday, 8:00 to 9:30 am, with Coach Theresa Fackler
$15 per class, or a 10 class pass for $130. Your first class is free.

Equipment used during classes includes: heavy bags, life-size dummies, targets, and bags of different forms including speed bags, double end bags, uppercut bags, floor work bags and more.
During the conditioning component we use equipment of all kinds, including medicine balls, kettlebells, ab rollers, TRX bands, footwork ladders, tires of all sizes, sandbags, rowers, dumbbells and more.


Personal Training

Want focused attention on your specific goals? Private and small group personal training gives you the highest level of personalized coaching we offer. You will get workouts built around your goals and fitness level, with the trainer’s full attention from start to finish. Choose dedicated one on one time, or train in a small private setting with a couple of friends that pushes you harder than a big group. You can choose traditional fitness training, boxing, or a combination of the two. We will work on your short and long term goals and measure progress along the way, adjusting the plan as you go.

1 on 1 sessions: $70 per hour
Half hour session: $40
2 on 1 sessions: $80 per hour (split between the two)

Please openly disclose any physical challenges or injuries, past or present, that may require modifications.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 4 hours of a scheduled session will be charged a 100% cancellation fee unless rescheduling for the same week is possible. No shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, due upon rescheduling for the next session. Exceptions for emergencies or illness.
