Meet the Coaches

EnVision Train Fitness was born from a vision planted in Coach Theresa’s heart several years ago. It’s been a journey to bring that vision to life, and it keeps evolving into something bigger than she first imagined.

It started when Theresa discovered boxing as a cathartic outlet during a hard stretch in her life. As her passion grew, she became a Les Mills Body Combat instructor, bringing that same dedication into every class she taught.

Eventually she felt called to build something bigger: a space where everyone feels welcomed, regardless of background or fitness level. That calling led her to leave corporate America in 2016 and start EnVision Train, built on three pillars: encouragement, inclusivity, and real training.

We want every person who walks through our doors to feel valued, supported, and capable. No one gets left out or left behind here. Welcome to EnVision Train Fitness, where every workout feels like coming home.

Theresa Fackler, known to everyone here as Coach T, is the heart of EnVision Train Fitness. She teaches Boxing Fitness Monday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings, leads Women’s Small Group Strength Training Monday and Thursday afternoons, and works one-on-one with personal training clients by appointment.

Behind the scenes, her husband Chuck keeps the studio running, and Laila, our gym dog, adds a little extra motivation to every session.

Coach Greg is more than a coach, he’s a trusted friend and the backbone of our equipment upkeep. Whether he’s lifting weights or handling studio maintenance, Greg’s always ready to jump in. Catch his Tuesday Boxing & Strength class, 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

Coach Melissa leads Thursday evening Ladies-Only Boxing, 6:45 to 7:45 PM, bringing fresh energy and a lot of fun to every class. She and Theresa actually share an unexpected connection: they both learned from the same original boxing coach, just at different points in their lives.

Jaxson is the heartbeat behind our Wednesday night Zumba class. He brings the kind of energy that makes an hour fly by, and he genuinely loves getting to know everyone who walks through the door. Catch him every Wednesday at 6:30 PM, no dance experience needed.

Coach Tori leads our newest class, HIIT/CORE, Wednesdays at 5:30 PM: 30 minutes of high intensity strength and conditioning followed by 30 minutes of core work inspired by powerlifting, yoga, and Pilates. She competes in powerlifting herself, trains with a bodybuilder’s eye for detail, and is currently working toward her NASM bodybuilding specialization. Tori also takes personal training clients, including early sessions at 5 and 6 AM for the early risers.
