Meet the Coaches

Theresa Fackler, affectionately known as Coach T, is the heart and soul behind EnVision Train Fitness. Her fitness journey began later in life, but she quickly became dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Teaching five of the seven classes each week and overseeing personal training, Coach T ensures that every member feels supported and motivated. Her schedule now includes an invigorating Monday morning class and strength training classes, perfect for those looking to build muscle and boost their overall fitness.

Behind the scenes, her husband Chuck is the backbone of EnVision Train, bringing Theresa’s visions to life. And let’s not forget Laila, our gym dog, who adds an extra dose of fun and motivation to every session.

Introducing Greg: More than just a coach, Greg is a trusted friend and the powerhouse of our team. Whether he’s lifting weights or lending a hand with studio maintenance, Greg is always ready to jump in and ensure everything runs smoothly. From setting up equipment to conducting safety checks, Greg’s attention to detail ensures a top-notch experience for all our members. Introducing Coach Melissa! With her fresh perspective and vibrant energy, Melissa adds a new dynamic to our classes. Leading our Thursday night Ladies Only Night, Melissa injects fun and motivation into every session. Surprisingly, she and Theresa share a unique connection—they both had the same original boxing coach, albeit at different times.

Introducing Coach Tammy! As our Cardio Kickboxing Coach, Tammy brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to our team. After her own post-pregnancy fitness journey, Tammy discovered a newfound passion for all things fitness and wellness. With a holistic approach focused on foundations, alignment, and detail, Tammy emphasizes the importance of incorporating whole foods for overall health and well-being.
